The Passion

I created No Judging Allowed to create space for honest conversation without worksheets, without judgment, and without pretending.

For years, I've worked with middle and high school students. I've also served as a crisis worker for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. That experience along with my own life experiences taught me how to listen, de-escalate, create safety, and devise a plan. I bring all of that into every session.

I've seen how quickly students shut down when handed another worksheet or told to watch another video. But give them a story? A real one, about someone their age facing a hard choice? They lean in.

That's why I write every story myself. They're original, based on real challenges for middle schoolers: friendships, pressure, belonging. For high schoolers: identity, independence, future choices. Every story has multiple themes, so every student finds something that connects.

Then we talk. Guided by SEL and CASEL competencies. With activities designed to reinforce what matters.

No worksheets. No videos. Five sessions. Real conversation. No judgment.

The only rule is in the name.

I'd love to bring this to your school.
